Justice Sheel Nagu

Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sheel Nagu born on 1^st January, 1965. Enrolled as an Advocate on 5^th October, 1987. Practiced on Civil and Constitutional sides as Advocate in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. Appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 27^th May, 2011 and as a Permanent Judge on 23^rd May, 2013. Appointed as Acting Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court on May 25, 2024. His Lordship took oath as Chief Justice of Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh on 9^th July, 2024.

Elevated as Judge of the Supreme Court and assumed charge on 2^nd June, 2026. Due to retire on 31st December, 2029.
